Your holiday home:
This fantastic four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home is the perfect spot for you & your loved ones to relax & enjoy some quality time together.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite, bedrooms two and three have queen beds, bedroom four is in the fully lined and carpeted garage and has two sets of bunks and a queen bed. So there is plenty of room for everyone to stay.
Inside, the welcoming home has been wonderfully decorated. The house has a smart TV with a comfy couch. Enjoy delicious meals cooked on the BBQ, enjoy sitting on the deck while soaking up the sun & taking in the beautiful surroundings. If it’s a bit chilly to eat outside, then make use of the dining table.
Outside there is a covered deck area with outdoor furniture with a heater for the winter and a fan to keep you cool in summer, there is a great lawn space for the kids to play on and there is parking for your car and a boat if you have one.
Your holiday world:
Whitianga is a popular holiday destination located on the Coromandel Peninsula.
It is the gateway to some amazing beaches and scenery. Wandering the shops is a good start and if you get a bit peckish head to one of many delightful eateries whether it’s a pie and donut, or a sit-down lunch with a cold beverage. There are plenty of options.
There is plenty to do for the kids as well with mini golf, movies, an awesome skatepark and kids’ playground, and of course, there is the Mercury Bay Museum.
For adults, a trip to the Lost Springs Thermal Spa and Hot Pools is a great way to spend a couple of hours relaxing in tropical surroundings.
If you make your way to the wharf you can catch the passenger ferry to Ferry Landing & take a walk over to Front Beach.
Tour boats also leave from the wharf which can show you around the area and stop close to Cathedral Cove within the Marine Reserve, watch the fish, go for a snorkel, or take a cave tour.
If fishing is your idea of a good time, there are plenty of Charters that can take you out.
Or you could take a drive out to Hahei. From here you can take the 40-minute walk to world-renowned Cathedral Cove, or you can head to the beach where there is a water taxi that can take you.
Hot Water Beach is not to be missed. At low tide dig a hole and you will have your own hot pool! Spades can be hired from the local store.
