This split three level apartment is in a perfect location in Whitianga, as it is less than 50m to the Main Street, giving quick access to shops, bars and restaurants, and a short stroll of around 3 – 5 minutes will have you to the beautiful waters of Buffalo Beach, or to the wharf and children’s playground.

The apartment is a well presented modern home with spacious rooms, including 3-Bedrooms, 2-Bathrooms and 3-Toilets.

On the top floor is the large main bedroom with a super king bed, ensuite and a private balcony. A further bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom located on the ground floor has 2 single beds.

On the first floor you will find the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, which opens up to the larger balcony, creating a great indoor/outdoor flow. On the balcony is a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Access to the upstairs levels is by internal stairs, however there is a lift if you prefer.

Parking is available in the Single Garage and there is further space for 2 more cars off street if you wish.

Whitianga offers lots of activities, Cooks Beach, Hot water Beach and Hahei are a short drive away.
