House - Waihi Beach

Your holiday home:

Coastal Vibes in Waihi Beach is a funky sun-drenched bach with 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have queen beds and the 3rd has 2 sets of bunks. There is one bathroom and 2 toilets. Built into a hill the home is split into 2 levels, the lower floor has a lounge area with a window seat that looks out onto a small sun deck, with a couple of chairs. There is a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas. The french doors lead onto a side deck and are the main entrance to the house. Two bedrooms and a toilet are on this level, while the master bedroom is upstairs along with the main bathroom.
Also, upstairs is the kitchen and dining area which has bi-fold doors that lead to the top deck where there is outdoor furniture, and great indoor/outdoor flow. The view of the water is amazing, and around the corner is the BBQ. With so many deck areas you are spoilt for choice for where to sit, but wherever that place is it will be amazing. The home also has an outdoor hot and cold shower, so after a day on the beach it’s great to wash off those sandy bodies and enjoy the evening on any of the decks. There is car parking and space for a small boat.
Coastal Vibes is the perfect place to spend your summer holidays or a cosy winter escape in fact any time of the year will be fabulous, so don’t wait, book now!

Your holiday world!

Waihi Beach is a popular spot with boutique shops and eateries, the beach is very safe for surfing, swimming, or fishing. If you feel like a walk then there are coastal trails to Orokawa Bay, Humunga Bay and Anzac Bay, along the way you will see waterfalls, headlands and historical sites. Waihi is famous for Gold Mining, so why not head to the Wahi Discovery Centre for some insight into the gold era or have a nosy at the Waihi Arts Centre & Museum.
If you want to keep the kids entertained why not try the Goldfields Railway & Hauraki trail. Take a train ride and explore the Karangahake Gorge.
For those of you who enjoy the arts take a look at the Waikino Victoria Battery & Mosaic Garden. The Waihi Lavender farm is close by as well.
If you enjoy a round of golf, then pack your clubs as Waihi has a beautifully maintained golf course. For the boaties, there are several ramps available, however the safest one to use is at the Bowentown Boating & Sport Fishing Club. The southern-most ramp is open to non-members, there is a charge to use the ramp so please check current pricing. The 2 other ramps that are available are sandy and can be quite soft, so smaller vessels are best launched from here i.e jet skis.
