A well appointed two bedroom, three bathroom villa located within the Matarangi Villa complex awaits you here. This is adjacent to the Golf Course and looks out over the lake.

The bedrooms are upstairs, one bedroom has a King bed, and an ensuite. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, or 2 of these beds can be put together to make up a super King. Also on this floor, is the full bathroom which has a bath to soak in, should you wish. A further bathroom with shower and toilet facilities is downstairs.

Downstairs is the open plan living area, comprising of a full kitchen, and spacious dining/lounge areas. From this area you access the deck, which overlooks the lake and golf course.

On the deck there is outdoor seating and a BBQ, enjoy the beautiful Matarangi evenings, and watch the wonderful sunsets while spending time with friends and family.

Just a minute walk across the road and you are at The Dunes golf course, 18 holes of beautiful scenery and a lovely course to play. There is restaurant and bar facilities at the course which is open to the public.

A short walk finds you on the white sands of Matarangi beach. Matarangi is a great location to base yourself while you explore the wider Coromandel area.

While this is a great family Villa, please be aware there is a lake backing on to the property which is not fenced off.

There are other villas nearby, please respect other people’s privacy and also noise of an evening.
