Your holiday home:

Beach Escape on Dillon has a cool beachy vibe that will make your holiday fun and relaxing. This colourful bach is spread over 2 levels and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, another has a queen bed, and the last room has a queen bed and a set of bunks. The lounge has plenty of seating and a flat-screen smart TV. There is also a lounge upstairs with an office. The dining table is a fantastic bar leaner and has seating for 10, and the wooden floor makes the space feel warm and cosy. The kitchen is very spacious with marble bench tops, and has all you need to whip up your favourite side dishes. So get the BBQ meat sizzling, grab a cold drink, enjoy your meal on the large deck, and enjoy those long summer evenings. After dinner get the kids to load the dishwasher, then sit around and play cards or there are board games and a dart board to keep everyone entertained. The bach is 2 minutes from the beach, 4 minutes to the local cafes, and a 2-minute drive to the local supermarket. There is room to park the car and boat so, feel free to bring the toys with you!
There is plenty of room for extended families or friends to enjoy time out, here at Beach Escape on Dillon.

Your holiday world:

Waihi Beach is a popular spot with boutique shops and eateries. The beach is very safe for surfing, swimming, or fishing. If you feel like a walk then there are coastal trails to Orokawa Bay, Humunga Bay, and Anzac Bay. Along the way you will see waterfalls, headlands, and historical sites. Waihi is famous for Gold Mining, so why not head to the Waihi Discovery Centre for some insight into the gold era or have a nosy at the Waihi Arts Centre & Museum.
If you want to keep the kids entertained why not try the Goldfields Railway & Hauraki trail. Take a train ride and explore the Karangahake Gorge.
For those of you who enjoy the arts take a look at the Waikino Victoria Battery & Mosaic Garden. The Waihi Lavender Frm is close by as well.
If you enjoy a round of golf, then pack your clubs as Waihi has a beautifully maintained golf course. For the boaties, there are several ramps available, however the safest one to use is at the Bowentown Boating & Sport Fishing Club. The southernmost ramp is open to non-members. There is a charge to use the ramp so please check current pricing. The 2 other ramps that are available are sandy and can be quite soft, so smaller vessels are best launched from here i.e. jet skis.
