If you are looking for a real “Kiwi Bach” holiday, then check out “Chill Out on Charleston” located in Whangamata, one of the Coromandel’s favourite holiday hotspots.
This retro bach has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom and can sleep up to 8 guests. There are two queen bedrooms, and the third has a queen and three single beds. The master and bedroom three directly access the deck area. The lounge flows through to the cosy sunroom with comfy seating. This is a great place to chill out and read a book, enjoy the afternoon sun, card games or sundowners. The kitchen has all the basics you would need for your stay and the dining table seats 6.
Outside there is a BBQ,  an outdoor table setting and plenty of space to park the car and boat. With lovely big trees, there is a large lawn area front and back to enjoy family games.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and 2 minutes’ walk to town.
If you are looking for a convenient and relaxing holiday, then “Chill out on Charleston” could be exactly what you are looking for!

Your holiday world:

Whangamata is about an hour and a half from Auckland, Hamilton or Tauranga and is a popular coastal town with a fantastic surf and swimming beach. Take a kayak tour to Donut Island or take a trip or hike to Wentworth Falls. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the town take a drive out to Opoutere Beach and check out the Coastal Bird Reserve or grab your paddleboard and head to the estuary where the waters are a bit calmer. Let’s not forget that Whangamata is home to the famous Beach Hop held every March for a week where vintage cars, caravans and motorbikes from around NZ are showcased. Vintage markets are operating and it’s a family-friendly party atmosphere not to be missed!
