Also downstairs you’ll find the second outdoor dining area.

A ping pong table is available in the two-car garage for families to enjoy. Or there’s plenty of space if you plan to pack the toys! The garage could fit a small boat, kayaks etc plus there is plenty of room on the section for extra vehicles.

Out the back you’ll find the huge backyard, perfect for backyard cricket or kubb. The outdoor hot water shower is great for giving the kids a quick rinse after a long lazy day down at the beach.

Cooks beach is perfectly located in the heart of the Coromandel Peninsula, only 15 mins drive to popular locations such as Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove and Hahei. Or for a day out in the big smoke of Whitianga, the passenger ferry at Ferry landing is just a 5 minute drive down the road.

Please note that there is a stream at the back of the property that is not fenced so please watch children.
