This five bedroom, four bathroom home provides space to enjoy your break away with extended family, or friends. Situated right on the canal in Whitianga there is a 18 metre berth for use if required.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite, consisting of a King Size bed, and a large ensuite with a great bath to soak in, should you want to unwind in privacy, or make the most of the walk-in twin-head shower. There is also a small kitchenette to make a coffee/tea, and a walk in dressing room. Off this area is a private deck, providing a peaceful retreat where you can unwind while overlooking the tranquil canal.

Downstairs are the other four bedrooms, two of which have Queen beds and each has their own ensuite. The other two rooms have 2 single beds in each and share a bathroom.

At the front of the house downstairs is the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, Sliding doors open onto the outdoor living and courtyard areas. A great place to spend time cooking up a tasty meal on the outdoor fireplace/BBQ while making the most of the amazing water views. Then once the hard work is done and the dishes are away relax in the spa under the stars.
As this home has unfenced access to the mooring and canal children must be supervised at all times outside.
