Relax and enjoy this amazing absolute beachfront 3-bedroom home with beautiful pine wood interior.  There is direct access by a grassy path to the beautiful sandy beach.  Large deck with Barbeque grill for entertaining the whole family and guests. The large grassy lawn in front of the house is open to the sand dunes and beach, ideal for games and boat parking. No sea view from the house because of the intervening sand dune, but you can enjoy meals and views from the picnic table on top of the dune, and on a windy day, the dune provides protection from the onshore breeze. Just a short walk to the local cafes, restaurants, and shops. Walk along the beach and access hiking trails to Shakespeare Cliff and Lonely Bay. Whitianga is just a ferry ride away from Ferry Landing.
