The open plan living/dining/kitchen has plenty of space for everyone this also leads out to a superb, covered deck area with BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. There is secure parking for the car and boat and still room for lawn games a safe space for children and pets alike!

The home is close to Whitianga town so you can make the most of the shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants, there is a great skateboard park in town for the kids and a playground near the wharf. Also at the wharf is where the local boat tour operators leave from so you can explore the stunning coast from a boat or take a drive to the some of the most stunning beaches the region has to offer.

Alternatively, If you just feel like a day close to home make the most of the stunning Buffalo Beach, take your paddle board and a bucket and spade for the kids and relax on this stunning sandy beach.
